HY99D Digital Electret Microphone Tester

一. The use of an electret tester
The electret microphone tester is mainly used for production measurement. It is used to sort out the sensitivity and working current of electret microphone at two frequencies of 1000Hz and 70Hz, the sensitivity level of 1000Hz and 70Hz and the working current are shown by a display screen to show the specific values. Since the electret microphone tester adopts the intelligent high-precision digital display screen, it can easily and accurately read out the voltage value of the two-point frequencies of 1000Hz and 70Hz, and quickly measure the performance of the electret microphone.
The instrument is characterized by easy-to-use, accurate testing, and fast speed. It is especially suitable for electret microphone production line.
二. the main technical indicators
1. Sensitivity test range: -20db~-70db
2. Testing Accuracy: ±0.5db (compared with standard electret microphone)
3. Electret microphone working current range: 0 ~ 1mA precision 2.5%
4. For electret microphone working voltage: 1.5V 2V 2.5V 3V 4.5V 6V precision ± 2%
5. Electret microphone load resistance: 680Ω 1KΩ 1.5KΩ 2KΩ 2.2KΩ 3 KΩ accuracy ± 1%
6. Test signal frequency: 1000Hz, 70Hz precision ± 1.5% ± 1 word
7. The working voltage of the instrument is 220V ± 5% / 50Hz, power consumption of about 15W, in the normal room temperature can work continuously.
三. the use of methods
1. Firstly, check the appearance, adjust the mechanical zero position of the meter head, insert the calibration meter stick (on the panel) and the sound cavity (the sound cavity socket is at the back of the instrument), turn on the power supply and warm up for fifteen minutes.
Note: The dark-colored marking end of the calibration meter stick is connected to the ground end of the microphone.
2. Set the working voltage of the electret microphone, load resistance, and test frequency (point frequency or mixing frequency), and select the range switch* as required. Then put the standard electret microphone on the acoustic cavity, adjust the calibration potentiometer, so that the instrument’s reading is the same as that of the standard electret microphone, the calibration is finished and the measurement can be made.
