ZCFA50 series air tightness tester

Brief introduction：

ZCFA50 series full-function air tightness detector is a high-performance air tightness detector newly launched by the company. On the basis of inheriting the many strong functions of the original product, it adds new functions such as sealing product testing and blasting testing. • 1. Test pressure: Display the test pressure of the product being inspected
• 2. Test result: Display the leakage data of the tested product
• 3. Precision pressure-reducing valve: Adjust the test pressure and increase it clockwise (the pressure-reducing valve of the negative pressure instrument is installed on the rear panel)
• 4. Test result judgment: NG means unqualified indicator, OK means qualified, PNG means the test pressure exceeds the limit
• 5. Keyboard
• 1. Power switch: turn on or off the power of the instrument
• 2. RS485 data interface: used for real-time data transmission, from top to bottom are A, B, GND
• 3. Network socket: for data transmission
• 4. Input and output terminals: instrument start and stop control
• 5. Power socket: connect to DC24V power supply 2A
• 6. RS232 data interface: data transmission, pins 2-RXD, 3-TXD, 5-GND
• 7. T end: test interface, connected to the tested product, R end: standard pressure comparison end
• 8. Air source: 0.5 ~ 0.8MPa stable and clean air source, connected to the inside of the instrument through a filter
• 9. Matching cavity interface: During the fully sealed inspection, select the matching cavity according to the size of the inner cavity of the tested part
